Rights of the AC holder:

To harvest timber and non-timber forest products at agroforestry concessions and plantations in the designated lands.

To harvest timber and non-timber products at the natural forest with a Management Declaration.

To obtain economic benefits resulting from ecosystem services.

To obtain promotion, financial, and discount regime mechanisms.

To obtain technical assistance form the forest regional authority.

To obtain liens on the AC.

AC may be bequeathed by will.

Benefits for the forest:

To reduce the expansion of farming boundaries into areas of natural forest.

To encourage natural regeneration management.

To promote care of water sources and bodies.

To enhance the provision and quality of environmental services.
