Once the AC contract has been executed, the holder shall commit to the following:

To maintain the natural forest coverage within the designated area.

To establish or maintain an area with agroforestry systems.

To carry out activities to preserve the soil, water sources and bodies.

To make all payments for the use of the designated area and for harvesting rights of forest and wildlife resources.

To register forest plantations at the National Forest Plantations Registry prior to initiating any harvesting activity.
