With regard to AC, SERFOR identifies potential areas and updates data on the National Forest Cadaster by recording areas granted in use.
Forestry and Wildlife Resources Oversight Agency
Controls and oversees sustainable harvesting and the preservation of forest and wildlife resources, as well as environmental services provided by forests and linked to enabling titles (concessions); the aim is to benefit citizens and allow an objective, timely, responsible, effective, and quality use of these resources.

Through its Environmental Regional Authority, it leads the process, grants, and executes AC contracts (Consortium Promoting Agroforestry Concessions) in the region of San Martin.
